Bidra med feedbackI went to this location for dinner with a friend on a Sunday, the place was almost empty so there were many nice places to sit, but the waitress who greeted us gave us the farest table in a corner, the table was way too close to both our seats, I had no space at all and it was not comfortable at all (the benches were screwed down on the floor so we were not able to move them to get more space). Our waiter never came back with our water, we had to ask twice. I ordered a **** Caesar, and I have to say it tasted like water so much I asked that they make me another one, I don't know if all the ice they put in my glass melted a bit before they brought my drink, but I didn't taste like clamato juice or even vodka at all. The second drink came back tasting exactly the same, so I will assume they try to save alcohol and mixer by putting as much ice as possible in the glasses. Really disappointed that I paid 7$ for a glass of tomato-flavored water that probably didn't even have alcohol in it.Other than that, the food was okay but nothing special, so I have nothing to say on that point.I won't be going there again, this is not the first time I have a bad experience at this location.
My wife and I had lunch here. The service was great and the food was fine. We had a Boston Brute (sandwich) and salads. Starbucks coffee is now served here which is one of the better coffees served in Canadian restaurants. This Boston Pizza was formerly another food establishment. It has been refurbished but if you look closely you can see signs of the former wear-and-tear...not quite as polished as it could be. Overall, we would return again.Tip: You can park free across Princess Street in the Metro Food parking lot.
This restaurant was the perfect spot to unwind with a cold beer and tasty pizza. The ambiance was warm and welcoming.
I have never been a fan of Boston Pizza, but since it was conveniently located next to our hotel and we were with our daughter's hockey team, we decided to give it a try.
This is hands down one of the worst establishments in ONTARIO. I went in with an open mind, excited to try the new location. I ordered a beer, the waitress then took our orders, grabbed the menus and while doing so she knocked and shattered my pint of beer. There was beer everywhere and I was humiliated. We moved tables by ourselves and eventually servers came over to offer help cleaning up. The server then asked if I wanted another beer, I said yes and she said that I would have to pay for it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It was her damn fault. Finally, thirty minutes later our food arrived. Only two out of three orders were wrong. Will not be returning to this location, or for that matter any Boston Pizza in Canada. Congratulations, you lost a loyal customer.
