A&W - Kingston

Okay, I always like to take a place to redeem myself, but this is the third strike for A

After a holiday in Ottawa we stopped at this point. The food was good, it was the state of the restaurant was the problem. If I had noticed the dirty state of the tables, floors and vestibule, we would not have overlooked....The floors were covered with food waste, and it was obvious that the floor looks greasy as if it was cleaned with a dirty mop. Napkins on the floor. Every table was dirty. This place must replace some of the furniture as it shows damaged chipboards. The staff was busy shooting the breeze with customers instead of cleaning the dining room.

This is a chain, but the food is always exceptional, and the service is fast. It is centrally located in Kingston and easily accessible.

The staff working here is just so nice and beautiful. When you visit this place, leave with a smile on your face.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast sandwich at this A&W recently. The egg was a real egg, the bacon crisp and nicely cooked, and the English muffin well toasted. What more could we want? Service was friendly and efficient. We ordered the sandwich for lunch so...I think it was prepared fresh, but we did enjoy our meal and would order breakfast again at this A&W.
