Atomica Kitchen Cocktails - Kingston

Just had a very small late work get-together with 5 out of town team members who came to assist with our office move. As a kingstonian, I've been there or ordered take out many times, but the pizza tonight was exceptionally good. I just had a margarita pizza, but the plate was covered with a basil oil which put it over the top.

I was here on Saturday September 9th at noon and was served by Alex and another waitress. It took over 45 minutes for our food to be served and when we received it my pizza was soggy and my friend 's Bao was cold. The servers never came back to check on us until the end of our meal where when we asked for the bill they brought the dessert menu and took another 40 minutes to finally bring us the bill. Even despite the terrible service i tipped 15% on the debit machine. Tell me why as we were leaving Alex decided to loudly yell out No Tip? Not a great tip repeatedly for the whole restaurant to hear. I have been coming to the Black Dog restaurant chains for YEARS but will NEVER returning. I 'm appalled and truly hope the owner and management sees this.

Thoroughly enjoy this restaurant. Took a friend for her first visit and she raved about it. Meal was superb and our server was attentive, welcoming and helpful. The music can be too loud and the room a little noisy for quiet conversation but the atmosphere is upbeat .

Came here for lunch with 2 of my friends, we each spend around 60$ each having a meal and a drink. Despite it taking over 1 hour for us to get our food and another hour to get our bill I tipped 15%. Tell me why after we paid our servers decided to loudly shame us in front the whole restaurant by repeatedly saying Not a great tip today m 'mam? why didn 't you tip more? . Last I checked a tip wasn 't mandatory and was for good service which this wasn 't. I said that I tipped 15% and that should be enough. I hope you read this review and the others on their google page which discuss the tipping problem and consider not coming here because I definitely won 't be and plan on telling everyone I know not to.

The food and service were fantastic. The music was loud to the point it was hard to have a conversation, and our table had a lot of fruit flies landing on our drinks and food(we ate indoors). It was still a great meal and we will be coming back next time we are in Kingston.Vegetarian options: Lots of veg options so I was very satisfied
