Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Pretty good place to eat, especially if u like chicken. My mom loves this place and is always happy with her food.

They only hire and put very young adults 17 and up for management anyone who is older and really outs hard work in there doesn't get appreciated or asked to take a higher position at all. Very unfair to the very few elders that do have a job there

I like to go to Zaxby's. Almost every week my husband and I go there and enjoy their food.We also went to the Johnson City branch, but we think that Zaxby's in Kingsport is the best. The atmosphere is very cozy and everything is very nicely furnished.The only one thing I don't like is that there is no diaper-changing station in the restroom. My daughter is 1 year old and if suddenly she does her business we have to change the diaper in the car. But everything else is great.Parking: Parking lot is convenient.

We downloaded the app and were offered a free 2 piece meal, so we wanted to try them out. (Bc we had never eaten there before) However...when we got there to pick up our food...there was NO Curbside pickup (although that was the option that we selected on the app), noone spoke to us when we went inside to pickup our food (one girl just handed us our cups and even when I asked for BBQ and Ranch, she still didn't speak), and then our food was cold. It really stinks that this was our first time ever visiting the Zaxby's here in Kingsport, TN...bc I'm not sure if we will ever go back.

Went through the location in kingsport and ordered a 10 piece tender and a large fry. Got a large sprite instead of the fry then when they tried correcting it I got a regular sized fry and I only got 8 tenders with some hard crumbs :
