Love the food here. Wish the line moved faster but it’s worth the wait.

I've been in three times now and I can say that the consistency is amazing. Everyone complains about the length of time service requires but I appreciate it because it means my food is fresh when I order it. The nice young lady who took my orders was great in her suggestion of which shake to try. I'll say this every chance I get to be up that direction I plan on stopping by to try something new on the menu. I might even try the intimidator one day .

I love your steak bombs! However I don't live in Kingsport, but when I do pass through I usually pick here for lunch or dinner. There is a huge difference in the food between lunch and dinner hours. My sub was so salty today I wasn't even able to eat it. Other than that small inconsistency this is still a great place to eat!

6 years ago I made a best Burger competition at home, went and got regular, loaded cheeseburgers from all top rated spots in the city. 4-6 burgers. I made a blind taste test and Purple Cow was the clear winner. Today went through the trip through the order my double deluxe I was not sure what to expect, but was extremely satisfied with the result. It was a well assembled, well spiced (not ever stop seasoning your patties), tasteful, moist, balanced burgers that was and still the best burger in the three cities. After I was disgusted by Burger Bar and Bristol and heard how good it was, I was so relieved to find out that absolutely fire in the entrance Burger game. Fantastic, thank you!

Got a wild hair and drive all the way from Gray just too have a purple cow burger! They did not disappoint. It was worth every mile in had to drive. I loved the jalapeno poppers! Service was A+ with beautiful smiles. If I could change one thing at would be better access to parking to enjoy their goodies.
