Hooper's - Kingsland

The food was amazing. Steak was so tender. The wings were so tasteful. The staff was very friendly and the entire atmosphere of the restaurant was the creepy feeling that we were looking for near Halloween. It was very busy, there was a 45-minute waiting time, but it is worth waiting.

A must to visit for horror enthusiasts. Be ready to wait, but much to see. Hostess was very accommodating. The food was good. It was hard to catch our waitress on everything.

We stumbled over this big café, not knowing it was the original house for the Texas Chainsaw Massaker. Nicely cool and the staff was GREAT. Very friendly. Even the food itself was great. Very big portions. Omelett and pancakes were HUGE! But very tasty. The eggs Benedikt was also very delicious. It's good that we'll be thrown in and will find ourselves in the city next time?

Came to the cafe because we recently moved to Texas and love the massacre movies. Food was really good and outstanding waitress was the best. Love the torch!

Good burgers and down home food. Service can be slow due to a staffing shortage (summer 2022) as they state right up front on a sign but it really wasn't too bad a delay. There is TCSM memorabilia here but it's not worth visiting just for that.
