Aurora Ozone Hotel - KINGSCOTE

Wonderful selection, enjoyable meal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The local wines were beautiful and the coffee was great. Overall, it was a lovely culinary experience.

There weren't many dining options in Kingscoate, but we were glad to discover this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were excellent. Fabian, in particular, made us feel very welcome and gave us fantastic recommendations (beef wangen and hühnerparmy). We will definitely be returning. Some of the negative reviews on here are quite surprising. I recommend visiting before they potentially make changes.

For the family dinner booked- had to order daily food before we did. only book 5:30. comments at 5:30 o’clock at our arrival- “You are finally here”. I wanted to get out at our arrival, as was already cooked, but the whole group had not arrived. 4 times frightened by 4 different employees in 10 minutes. does not even have time to order drinks. eat cold, engraved tasteless, chips cold and carving was microshaft and soggy. nudelsalat soggy. they saw the staff in the kitchen not with gloves, while the walk with rohem meet and wiping hands on tee cloth. bad customer service! no pleasant experience at all.

The dinner in the restaurant zone has a great view. eating was good, although a handle was that they would not change from the standard mash board or chips salat. try to ask for chips vege only that there was an additional fee. (only $1.50, but still.) solution was a person who ordered each of the combos and then exchanges.

It is very busy so book ahead. Booked table with lovely outlook for dinner. We ate here 2 nights, there are not lots of eat in options in Kingscote. Staff were lovely and very busy so a slight delay in ordering and bringing drinks to...table. The food and drinks were cheerfully delivered however. The overall menu is a little dissapointing. It is more average pub food style and quality than restaurant. It is a pleasant atmosphere however and a good spot to eat in Kingscote.
