Bidra med feedbackOur car club have just had our Xmas meal We know it's January but always find more relaxed at this time of year). We had the sunday menu, this was very good. Good plentiful and service was very good. We had the back room which accommodated our AGM, raffle and prize giving. Would like to thank all the staff for an enjoyable afternoon. This place is well worth a visit for Sunday lunch. 2 courses £12, 3 courses £15.
Went with a friend for afternoon tea today. A huge plateful of fresh sandwiches with bread type and filling choices, selection of savouries, crisps, scone with jam and cream, brownie, carrot cake, lemon posset and shortbread biscuits. We were defeated but were supplied with take away boxes. Fabulous, friendly service. And only £15 per person! Amazing value. Definitely recommended.
From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of. Despite being busy, the lady made sure to check on us regularly, promising to attend to us soon. And she delivered on that promise. The food was outstanding - piping hot and freshly cooked. The traditional chips were the best we've had in a long time, and the peppered chicken with homemade sauce was top-notch. My husband's gammon, egg, and chips were also excellent, complete with pineapple and onion rings. The generous portions would have pleased our food-loving sons, but we couldn't finish it all. The drinks selection was just right, with the Aspall's cider being a personal favorite. Overall, it was a lovely evening. Thank you.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. The Sunday roasts are absolutely delicious, as are the desserts. I would highly recommend dining here.
Attended a few times now and each time our visit has been so nice Food great, staff friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
