Mcdonald's Restaurants

Tried to order delivery for me and some people on the hospital ward. They took over £40 from and and never delivered it and never answered the phone

Food was absolutely delicious, looked as if it had been steadily crafted to the pictures. Staff were very polite and caring for customers. Would 100% recommend

I ordered a Big Mac through the restaurant's app. When I arrived at the store at 1:03 pm, I waited and waited, thinking they were just busy. However, I noticed that new customers were coming in, ordering, and receiving their Big Macs without any delay. After waiting for a total of 26 minutes, I finally got my Big Mac after speaking up to a staff member about my order being delayed. It seemed like I would have continued waiting if I hadn't brought it to their attention.

We all meet at McDonald’s some of the group took there time to arrive 4 family’s meet , spent lots and children had deserts .. got parking ticket for 1hr 41 min .. absolute joke

Once again, the food was cold and sloppily prepared, not at all like the advertised pictures. My wife and I decided to give it another chance after a disappointing experience last time, but were again disappointed. My brother-in-law and his wife were also dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The bins were overflowing with trash and the overall appearance of the place was dirty. The seating area was too cold and it seemed like there was a lack of management in running the restaurant. It was a disappointing experience overall.
