Mcdonald's

Never had an ubereats order from here with all items in the bag… i’ve never known a place like that. And they just keep your money anyway. They tell you to call uber eats to report a missing item, they say the refund is issued and it never arrives. Although the bags are sealed so it’s the store that don’t put it in anyway, not uber eats. I understand that special needs kids’ parents want them to work, but this is just ridiculous now…

Zeph, a wonderful staff member, was more than willing to assist customers at this restaurant. The hot food was delivered promptly to our table.

This MacDonalds used to be 24 hours and despite being on a busy arterial road it closes at 11 pm and customers left to queue through the Drive Through! The Drive Through is totally inefficient and the staff extremely unfriendly.

My friend ordered a wrap without bacon, but it came with bacon instead. This is unacceptable. What if she was allergic to bacon? What if she was Muslim? This is ridiculous! Come on, McDonald's, step up your game. Also, her donut was cold. She ordered a new one, but it was still cold. JM and MS were here. Trust.

Staff here constantly can't read the order and will send out whatever the hell they feel like, if they do however manage to send the correct item it looks like it's been thrown across the room in to the box then elbow dropped to oblivion.
