Subway - Kingborough

I absolutely adore the chicken schnitzel served with herb bread at this restaurant. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful, making it an easy place to access from the road. Just park and walk - no issues at all.

The food at Subway is consistently reliable. This makes it a good choice for a healthy meal on-the-go for families. The staff at this Subway location is especially friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall enjoyable experience. It's refreshing to see them genuinely smile and engage with customers, rather than just going through the motions.

The restaurant is small but functional. The staff and sandwich were both satisfactory, meeting expectations for a Subway experience.

Great food though we tend to like the male servers who are faster and more precise than the girls. This is based on experience. We've tried most of the branches in the area and male servers are much better in their jobs! Thanks!

Ok so we all know subway right? Eat Fresh right? Well maybe not... So subway are well known for saying their food is fresh and so on and so forth, the interesting thing is, all their food is shipped in I do not think they actually source anything locally. For example their poached eggs are precooked, frozen and shipped from interstate. Once reheated they look suspiciously like hockey pucks. Their pre grated carrot, cant say I have had fresh carrot that looks or tastes like that before. Their chicken fillets....exactly what are those things as they cant be real chicken. On a positive note they do bake their own bread instore which is good (scared to think what goes in it though) and their prices are good value given you do get a substantial feed. Most times their staff are new (very high staff turnover) and bad at their jobs. 9/10 staff cant even cut the sub in half without either destroying it or not cutting it all the way through so you need to tear it yourself. Overall, subway is a brand with a lot of promise and success unfortunately what was a fresh idea 10 15 years ago really does 'nt cut it anymore.
