Kingston Hotel Bistro - Kingborough

This was pretty good overall. The food was very nice. Hubby loved the coleslaw in particular. I was impressed with the lemon in my drink. Only down side personally was hubby went to bar to order our meals and was told a waitress would come to us. Then a regular went up and the bar lady took his food order. I didn 't think that was very good practice. Other than that our meals and drinks were very good.

Hi, I wandered into the Kingston Hotel today for lunch, got a great welcome from staff and patrons alike as I strolled through to the bistro. The ladies there were very helpful, the place was immaculate and very warm and friendly. I ordered the Creamy Pesto Pasta with Chicken and a pizza garlic bread on the side, the food arrived promptly and was freshly made. Absolutely beautiful meal on a rainy day, I really enjoyed the meal and the service was great. Thank you so much for a great dining experience.

Staff are very friendly but the food and presentation was terrible. This used to be a good place to dine but not now.

I went to this bistro a couple of nights ago. Unfortunately, there were two large tables and there were many, many children playing in the glassed-in area. None of the parents were supervising the children and they were feral. The noise was deafening. The staff were very frazzled about it. The meal my husband and I had was the pork ribs. Very overcooked and served with chips and a tired salad. Not very inspiring. The other guest at our table had a burger and that at least was not as dry as our pork. It has been a while since we had visited this venue and we wont be hurrying back.Also the prices very expensive...product was not worthy of the price.

Had lunch here with my family, The staff are very friendly and the meals were nice and hot and delicious
