I don’t know how this place ever makes any awards because it’s incredibly below average. Chips portions are usually small, they lack decent texture, they have very little flavour, and are not great. Salt and vinegar never ever seem to add this, even though the cost is not a significant business outlay Fish fish, under the stodgy batter, is not bad Batter consistency isn’t right. If you make it a better mix, it won’t have the 2nd part near the fish still uncooked. The batter should be crisp and even. Delivery we tipped him but in hindsight we shouldn’t have. Why? Because he drove over the driveway and half way up the lawn, leaving tire marks on the grass *The food was cold when it arrived* Missing items paid for salt and vinegar sauce, knowing they skimp on it. They forgot to put this with the delivery. When I called I was put on hold and then told it could come out with the next delivery. Not acceptable so asked for a refund. Refund refund the bottle not apply a credit to my account please. When i pay money I expect money back, not a store credit. Staff clear communication always helps foster good relationships with the customer Overall experience flat.
