Starbucks - King of Prussia

I go to through this Starbucks drive thru a couple of times a week on my way to work, and I can confidently say that Cynthia is the reason I keep coming back. She's not just your average barista—she's a shining example of kindness, sweetness, and professionalism all in one. While Cynthia always exceeds expectations, I can't say the same for the rest of the team. They're not terrible, but they're just okay. Cynthia's exceptional service and outgoing nature consistently stand out, making my Starbucks visits something to look forward to. She remembers my order, adds a personal touch, and never fails to brighten my morning. Cynthia truly goes above and beyond, and she deserves all the praise. Thank you, Cynthia, for being such a ray of sunshine in my day!

Legit the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to always takes forever

These reviews line up perfectly! This place needs an entire new staff line up. Absolutely rude and horrible people work here.

The staff here are rude, dismissive, and consistently tardy.It will be better for you to take a hike and go to another Starbucks 15 minutes away and you will still have a matcha latte in your hand faster than this location can make it.They couldn't find my drink order today (I was waiting for 10 minutes and ordered the drink 12 minutes before I came in) and mind you they barely had 3 cars in the drive thru and there were about 4 other customers inside. Avoid if you can.
