Bidra med feedbackEmployees are unaware of how to update the an app to remove a drink when not available. Have ordered on app and then shown up to an empty cup. I don't run into this issue at other Starbucks. I'd avoid this one. You waste your time.
Good drinks and pastries. Good baristas that are always friendly.
Have gone here a handful of times due to it being near my new job. I ordered an iced latte and I was waiting around for it. Asked one of the batistas if my mobile order was received. She recognized the name and handed me a hot drink with some attitude. I didn't have time to wait for the correct drink. At least it still tasted good. My last encounter here, the app said 3-6 mins for my drink to be ready. Cool, ordered before getting out of work. I got there expecting it to be ready since I showed up minutes past my drink. Ended up waiting an additional 20 mins for my drink to be done. I knew they were busy but I wish the app matched the time for the drink to be ready. Otherwise, wouldn't have gone to Starbucks that day. At least the 5 or so drinks I've gotten tasted good. This branch is not good. I rarely get the right food, the drinks come out burning hot with no sleeves and I have had to keep tissues in my car to clean up the mess when they spill because they never have stoppers.
The drive thru is so slow!!!!!!! 5 minutes each car… in other words the management is
