Red Lobster King Of Prussia

The waiter was terrible. I ordered the unlimited shrimp but she never came back to refill my plate. She didn't check on us at all and we had to practically beg for drinks and silverware.

The server should have been more attentive as they missed out on a larger tip due to their failure to inquire about a second round of drinks and other items. This was the only letdown during my visit to the restaurant.

Horrible. Will not return. Nor do they offer open table priority seating (even though I was able to do so on app)

The food was fine. But the service wasn't good. It took a very long time to get our drinks. We asked for an extra plate and never received it. We were told we were going to get more biscuits and never received them. When we received our check it was inaccurate. If service was better, we would have had a better experience. If we do go back, it won't be for awhile.

The restaurant was short staffed, all emplyees pitched in to help each other. They seated patrons as the staff properly handle
