Bonefish Grill - King of Prussia

Bonefish was good, but a little disorganized in the kitchen. The bang bang shrimp was banging ! and was one of the best dishes we had, even though it was an app. My steak was ordered medium rare, came out literally raw in the middle. Beyond rare, truly. I sent it back, and it took over 20 minutes to get another one. By that time everyone else finished dinner and was on to dessert. HOWEVER, the manager came over, apologized, and took it off the bill. That 's all I wanted, so I was fine with that. Then she made the order to go and gave me a couple of gift cards. The manager did go above and beyond to fix the issue! Totally impressed with that customer service! Not a cheap meal, but it was pretty solid except for that issue.

Loved the food, service and drinks. The steak is great. Plenty of parking too, right outside the door. Ideal for a family meal or even a date night. Will visit again.

My meal here was so delicious! I was in town for a work conference and was craving their bang bang shrimp and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent, too.
