Little Caesars Pizza - King City

I am a little surprised that they do not follow the hot and ready guarantee, but it is a business in a small community. After working in many kitchens, especially pizza kitchens, they obviously have the slowest pizza oven in America. The ones I worked with were 6 to 8 minutes to cook a pizza. Little Caesar's obviously 20 minutes. Bringing the pizzas together took about 30 to 40 seconds. The maximum waiting time would be 9 minutes.

There were only two pizza options at 9:00. Friendly service saved the rating of 2.

As a local in town, this place has gone down the hill! Pizza is no longer good! It tastes like Lu Chablé Pizza. And a disgusting thing I noticed at the payment? the girl / the woman who invites me has her nails long and all dirty?

Ordered pizza at 8p. Prepaid. Went to pick it up and door was locked and no one in sight. Banged on door, got a glimpse of kids in the back. Attitude!! Finally someone came to locked door said they were out of supplies and closed. I said look over there, that?s my pizza, At first they denied and said it there was no name on it until They finally decided to look at the pizza and they said ?oh yeah this is your pizza?. Won?t be my first choice of takeout again.

There's so many reasons why they get bad reviews, such as the one you're reading now. Let's just go over the main reasons though, such as the fact that their store is always disgustingly dirty. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in days, plus there's always trash everywhere. I understand that customers contribute to that, but take 10 minutes to tidy up and it would help a lot. They might as well just disconnect their phone service, because you can call them 10 times, whether it be in a row or at different times, and you won't get an answer whatsoever. Dont even bother trying to place an order over the phone, but it also makes their life harder cause then you go in to order and get a bad attitude/rude service. Honestly, why even work at a place where you know it's going to have tons of business, and you just hate it so much to the point where you make it miserable for customers too? Not a good look on their company, but then again they could probably care less about the company either lol.
