Food was only average, nothing special. Service was slow. Prices are high for what it is. The bar and toilets really need a revamp. I wouldn't go back. The location is the best thing about it.

Jacks recently delivered the wedding we have always dreamt of, we cannot praise Brian, Pauline and all the team at Jacks enough! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of spectacular, and even 2-months on, our guests are still talking about it. On arrival, our guests were greeted by the venues breathtaking scenery, panoramic ocean views, and picturesque landscapes setting the perfect backdrop for our special day. Brian and Pauline were outstanding from start to finish, they were attentive, professional, and went beyond to ensure every detail was tailored to our vision. They provided invaluable suggestions that made everything even more extraordinary. The welcome drinks and outdoor reception area was equally impressive. The gardens and uninterrupted views of the beach provided the perfect place for all our guests to mingle and start our celebrations. The restaurant was so elegantly decorated, and the layout provide an intimate and incredible atmosphere for all our guests. The resident piano player JP, had our guests dancing and singing from the starters all the way through to dessert. The restaurant team presented the most incredible food that our guests still remark on, with many stating that it is the best wedding food they have ever had. The variety and quality of the dishes were just exceptional. The staff members were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure our guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. They ensured no one's glass was empty throughout the night. Overall, Jacks Coastguard Restaurant surpassed all our expectations. It is a wedding venue that captures the essence of romance and offers an unforgettable experience. We cannot recommend this venue enough! Thank you, Brian, Pauline and all the staff, for making our wedding day an absolute dream come true. Jack's Coastguard Restaurant exceeded our expectations for a birthday celebration. The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the friendly service added to the enjoyable experience. The breathtaking sunset views and live piano music created a beautiful ambiance. We highly recommend Jack's for any special occasion.

Made a reservation and glad we did. Lovely view, good dinner, piano music. Wife had the crispy skin salmon and I had the Hake.

Jacks ahh Jacks… a fishermans paradise coincided with a fine dining extravaganza. Was it the view, was it the fish, was it the mojitos, was it the delectable grub? No, it was the impeccable service. Brian is simply one of a kind. Also, the piano player brings a welcoming ambiance as you enjoy your conversation. The shrimp scampi was buttery and delicious. It was just a wonderful night.
