The Willowgate Cafe - Killiecrankie

A hidden gem in such a pretty environment! brilliant home made cake and so friendly service that is hard to find in these days. look forward to a homemade pancake breakfast!

The food is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. It's a beautiful venue overall. However, it could benefit from some additional signage to help guide visitors, as it can be difficult to locate. The café sign currently points toward the activity center, which adds to the confusion. Improved signage would certainly help visitors find the café, as it's easy to miss while driving.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a fabulous lunch in a beautiful setting, complete with friendly staff.

We had a fantastic team-building day at the Willowgate Activity Center, and as part of our experience, we enjoyed lunch at the Willowgate Café. In the evening, we had a private meal at the café. During lunchtime, the café was bathed in sunlight and filled with customers, offering a stunning view of the River Tay. Having the café to ourselves in the evening provided the perfect opportunity to reflect on the day. Rhona and her team were exceptionally friendly and courteous, and they were very helpful in answering our questions both before and during the meal.
