The Brehon - Killarney

Very good menu choice both a la carte and set menu. Also good wine choice including good house wines. All four of us were very happy with our dinner.

We had our son's Confirmation in the Danu restaurant, it was outstanding, food was top class. Adrian was fabulous on the day, nothing was a problem. Caitriona, the events manager, was so accommodating and designed the day around us. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this fabulous venue. Thanks to all at the Brehon. Special shout out to Kieran too who is always so welcoming and goes out of his way to help. Gillian, Kevin Hughes family.

Staff were excellent- friendly and attentive. The food (set course menu) was decent but nothing to write home about. The setting is nice and in theme with the rest of the hotel but the staff are certainly the stand out positive for this restaurant.

We ate the Danú at the Brehon during our stay at the Brehon. The food was amazng, really good quality, delicious food. Fantastic service.

We had a lovely break, busy walking and exploring all Killarney has to offer. We loved meeting Adrian at breakfast, always so welcoming and sets you right for the day with a smile and a chat, with that same welcome for dinner in the evening it’s a pleasure to dine at the Danu! We couldn’t have asked to be looked after any better than this. Thank you!
