Robertinos - Killarney

I had been looking for somewhere to have dinner and had passed many restaurants, browsing menus but this Irish-Italian restaurant looked really interesting from the outside and had a great menu displayed. They also had all allergens clearly stated for each dish so I already knew what I'd like to have. They didn't open until 2pm and when I rang was told they operate a walk-in only policy. We arrived at around 6.30pm and were delighted there was a nice booth free. We ordered calamari and ribs. They have the option with some dishes to have either a start or main course sized portion and also have a good variety of sides. We had been lucky to get our seats because from the time we sat down there was suddenly a huge queue. It seems like a very popular place and from how tasty the food was, it was easy to see why. The menu has something for everyone. It was a very pleasant experience and staff are very friendly.

Walked in without a reservation and we were quickly seated. I went for a pasta dish as I was looking to 'carb up ' before hitting the local mountains the following day. The pasta was excellent I think possibly the best I 've had in a restaurant (I had it with salmon). Top notch and would definitely visit again if we 're in town

The food is very good. The staff is nice and very attentive. The prices are already high. I highly recommend the restaurant.

Queued to get a table. Two rooms of tables. Table cleaned before sat. Good service. Food arrived quite quickly even though full. Lots of American male groups older golfers? Irish meals Italian. Beef lamb looked good. We had pizza, pasta. Enjoyed.

Great food and friendly service. We went two nights in a row.
