Ground Floor Cafe - Kilkenny

An Irish must try dish is the seafood chowder and the Guinness Stew. Cafe 22 was perfect. The food was delicious without breaking the bank and the service was quick. This helped us with the time constraint we had, since we were on a day tour.

Good coffee and decoration. The waiters are very friendly and warm. Is a good place for a breakfast. Placed very close to Kilkenny castle and the city center so you can visit the city just after your meal.

I had the traditional fish and chips. The best ones I've had in Kilkenny. The people were very friendly and warm. Will definitely come again.

Open early, even on Sunday's. Great full Irish breakfast with all the extra trimmings (hash brows, mushrooms, etc). Good croissants and lighter fare. Coffee and tea are decent.

It was really good, however it did seem like most of the food was just heated up rather than cooked there. It's also the cheapest breakfast that we had in Killkenny which means I'll probably be back there.
