Bidra med feedbackVery delicious baked goods. Try the Pretzel Croissants. The staff is good enough. Usually a big line up. Brownies are really dry and cookies do not have so much taste.
This bakery is wonderful!! My daughters will dream long after leaving Maui of Bretzel Baguettes. Brezel Croissant is truly unique and tasty, and the Hawaiian muffin was heavenly. Do not miss the collection of jams and butter on the island. Every penny worth – we take some home as souvenirs. What makes this bakery really special is the women they lead. Elfie is a treasure and was so friendly to us and our daughters – Kristin is also a joy. Various visits!
AWESOME bakery!!! Very clean and welcoming. Real European. Although the room is small, it was nicely furnished so it is easy to search their offers. No espresso, but drip coffee is available. For me, the most outstanding sweet thing I tried was the Hawaiian bread. It was moist, had the right level of sweetness, and one had burned a wonderful variety of fruits. More fun than to say, Panettone. Although it is not shown on my photo, I also bought some spelt rolls that were fantastic. Maui bread is not open every day, so check your schedule before. We will definitely return!!!!
Unfortunately we arrived at 1130 after the last gluten-free bread was sold. They had a gluten-free Macadamia nuts coconut cookie that was almost like Biscotti. My husband went back to go home. The gf Ube Mache (pure sweet potato) was good. The gf banana bread was good and even better with the creamy fresh butter. The Gf lemon machi was too sweet for me, but my cuff seemed in it. I had a traditional role with sesame seeds, which was good with the butter and a cup of very decent coffee. My husband's coconut coffee was very good and didn't need any extra sweetener. Go early for the best selection as with any popular bakery.
Great bakery! Everything they serve is really good my absolute fav though, the reason I go there every morning, is their Lye Croissant. I’ve had my fair share of croissants over the years, but this was a revelation.
