Bidra med feedbackFun place, with a nice buzz. Good food, save for the focaccia bread, which was almost cake-like in consistency, and slightly sweet. Generous portions. Friendly waiters. Frustrating reservation system : I had to call 7+times to get a person; they ignored voicemails. (They claimed that they were trying to get back on OpenTable after reopening, which would help.
You have to eat here if you?re in Maui! We tried to make a reservation online but ended up walking in, and they were really accommodating in seating us. We sat in the outside area which is really cute. The food was so, so good (we got a few appetisers and flatbread to share) and the service was spot on (shout out to our server Suzanne who was just great). Highly recommend!!
This place is definitely for those who want an adventure in flavors. Very busy place but they quickly brought us out some ice water and some amazing Italian style bread with some kind of crusted cheese on top. This was my wife's favorite part of the entire dinner. And creamy, seasoned butter, wow. I started out with the Moroccan lamb kebab. Loved the flavors. The sauce was amazing. My wife ordered the Italian sausage flat bread pizza. Reminded me of pizza I've had in Italy. Very good. Again, the flavors weren't standard for typical Amercanized pizza, which she would've preferred. I had the Adobo chicken. Tender chicken with some incredible sauce. Spent about 60 for the 3 dishes.
Go here for dinner, no question. Everything we ate here was amazing. The craft cocktails were fantastic. The staff was great. Shout out to Hailey and Tony behind the bar for fantastic service. Loved the presentation of the food at the table. This was our favorite place to eat in all of Maui. Wonderful experience.
Our last night in Maui, Hawaii was celebrated at Ekolu Kitchen with great food and exceptional service. At first it took a while after being seated to being served, but once the service started, it was top notch. The food was just as excellent as the service. The drink in the photo Iwa Bird was served in a fancy tiki glass and nothing but great tasting alcohol. My dinner was the special, beef ribs. So tender and full of flavour. For dessert, we ordered something like a baked Alaska. This is a fine restaurant and worth it.
