You roll it, multiply x 10 and that is THE PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT you get!! This last Tuesday my wife rolled 4 ... FULL 40% DISCOUNT ON THE ENTIRE BILL INCLUDING ALCOHOL!!!
One of the best restaurant in kigali. The food here is excellent
There Portuguese steak is something my taste bud didn't get a match for and also push it down with Bistro haven dessert. Trust me you won't regret the time spent there.
Loved the views. A bit uncomfortable with the open railings especially with small kids but otherwise a hit with food and service.
Great food, great vibes and great service! Will definitely recommend.
