It's an old house made into a restaurant. The food they serve are all home cooked meals so whenever I am in town, this is my go to place. Not too crowded and they have plenty of seating areas, ground floor, 2nd floor or basement. Food price is also not expensive, but the food you'll get is of great quality and good serving, not salty that will make your head spin. Service is also great. I love their mango sago drink. They also have the brazo cupcake as their own dessert, it's yummy, not too much sweet. The place is very accessible by car, motorcycle, trycicle, bicycle or even by walking if you want a good exercise, so there's no need to worry. Very clean which is very important for me and cool even if the weather is warm. They also offer catering (food trays) of affordable and economical price.
