Fabulous place. Up-market spacious and absolutely clean hotel rooms. Good cuisine. Outstanding wines from their vineyard. Highly interesting tour of the grounds and wine cellars. Obviously, the establishment is still under development like the pool terrace not being completed and staff partially lacking professionalism to meet international standards. The friendliness and support of staff is excellent, more a matter of getting everything perfect. Examples are the showers in the 4 room occupied tending to overflow because the water does drain fast enough. Or the staff not having undergone a Barista training resulting in mediocre cappuccino. Or restaurant orders being forgotten and plates coming one by one. Bottom of brownies desert burnt. All needs to be seen in relation. Compared to internal expectations this place deserves 3-4 stars, but considering the local context and the efforts required to develop this project in this location it is remarkable 5 star place! We felt very comfortable and cared for. We expect that continues ambitious improvement and professionalisation will reach international standards in the short coming years.

Completely disappointing place!!! It’s not allowed to walk on territory’s park alone, territory is great. Restaurant on Saturday working till 1400. Not recommended to visit, if you’re not with excursion

The experience was mostly great, many thanks to our guide Maryna, very detailed info, all questions answered and a very professional vine testing session. The restaurant staff was less courteous, sometimes rude, which was a bit of a let down. Still, a great historical place, nice to look at, a worthy tourist spot.

They are still in the process of development but the place is great! It aspires to be not only a winery but also a small resort and a wine museum. They already have 10 rooms available and a restaurant. At the time of our visit, they were in a process of constucting the pool. Restored buildings and the park present itself very nicely. Restaurant offers tasty food although with severly limited vegetarian choices and no vegan ones. But I was told by my party that the meat is extremely good and asparagus in holendaise sauce was great. The service there is nice and professional. But the best part of the experience is of course THE WINE. We took a winery tour with wine tasting. During the tour, our guide for informed us about the history of the winery and production process of their wine. We also visited their museum which displays preserved bottles of wine going as far as 1960s. At the wine tasting, we had an opportunity to try 6 wines (three white, three red and got a platter of cheese, dried tomatoes and olives to go with it. The wines are definitely the best Ukrainian wines I ever tasted. And each one better than the last : . You can of course order the wines you liked during the tasting in the restaurant. Our guide also informed us that they have a store in Kyiv and you can order their wines through the website.

One of the most popular places in the neighborhood. The wine is tasty and the food is great here.
