Mcdonald's - Kharkiv

You always have a great service and safe environment. I am very impressed by their cooperation, especially during coronavirus restrictions.

It was not renovated long ago, terminals for self-order were installed. But it's just MacDonald's, so nothing is expected to fantasy so that 5 stars for them are good MacDonald's.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's, just use it if I can get nothing else, and only ever have the chicken fillet burgers that are nice

This McDonalds cafe is very clean with a very nice design. The staff is very friendly and very customer oriented, the only problem is that this McDonalds is located across from the central market, many people come from the market to use the bathrooms and it's not uncommon to see long lines of people waiting to use the bathrooms, this can be a big inconvenience for McDonalds customers.

Your average Ukrainian McDonald's. Tasty breakfasts though.
