Origami Sushi - Key West

Better than average spot for sashimi. Loved the location in a hidden plaza just off Duval, which makes it a little quieter. Nice outdoor seating. My husband had the sashimi and I had the udon. It was nice to have a lighter meal.

While there is an extensive menu for sushi, you can also enjoy an authentic Japanese meal at a reasonable cost. We started with steamed pork dumplings, which were delicious. My wife ordered shrimp tempura, which she said was fabulous. There were at least 8 large shrimp and vegetables along with white rice. I had steak teriyaki, which was very good and plentiful. It was served with white rice, too. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. Over all, our dinner was a great one.

Eat here. Don't eat sushi or sashimi at any other place in Key West. Tge food is 5 star. The wait staff is top shelf. The chefs rock. I love this place.Parking: Wide open lot. Respect the rules.Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll right in.

Fabulous sushi!! We ended up being party of 11 and the kitchen kept up with our very large order.

Had fantastic dinner, very fresh fish and creative rolls!
