Mcdonald's - Kettering

We stopped here after we left Six Flags America to get 10 McDoubles with only ketchup and cheese. I always remember (McDonald's) that I only want ketchup and cheese, otherwise my sons will not eat it. When we go away, my youngest one has a fit because he bit into a pimple. Luckily, he didn't notice the onions. So I had to go back to McDonald to replace the cursed burgers. There were two confused from ten. I opened every burger to make sure they were right. The staff was very nice and professional and quickly replaced the two burgers (all burgers were nice and hot) and they added a small frit for free.

I get to eat here a lot since I work nearby. I have to say their customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot neat constantly. Rates are convenient and they serve generous portions.

I like the supervisor, he's real cool, but my only issue is the mcflurries they serve. They never fill the cup up all the way. I feel ripped off. Then when I confronted the night workers they tell me its supposed to just come to the top of the cup, which is bs because I've gone to another where its filled to the top of the bubble, so I know that's a lie. If it's just supposed to be to the top of the cup then why the hell dont they just make a flat top for it. Why even have a plastic dome top. NONSENSE . Complete ripoff. Go to another McDonalds for your mcflurries.

Keeping in mind that this place has a ton of visitors seeing how close it is to Six Flags I respect that it remains very clean as well as the bathrooms as well as the play area the only complaint I would give is to add some more chairs or maybe tablet in the play area other than that not only is it a really good place to eat and let the kids run around but also the staff is friendly and mostly the orders are done by a large screen and after a few minutes you get your order number on a big screen and that's when you know to pick it up there is also an option to have number on the table you're going to sit down and somebody will bring your food up once it's ready

My french vanilla iced coffee was JAMMING. The donut was a little dry but still good
