Little Caesars Pizza - Kettering

A very good service. Be an hour lady in the chainring shop scream to customers and still no food. She refuses to talk to someone. Has tried to cancel the order since it won?t call with someone 800 number to stop 15 minutes and oh yes, they haven't started our pizza yet. Definitely not with the Hassle. Can go to another pizza place. I'm working on my review of the store owners' rock. He called me, gave me my money back since I never got my order. He did everything he could do to get our business back. I even got a call to make sure the money was paid back to our account. I give them a higher rating because he goes out of his way to make it right.

They were very busy today, 11/30. They had a sign on the door and said they were understated. I just feel bad because I'm working on a food place myself. The girl with blue hair seemed so stressed and she told me her technology didn't work. But she still managed to keep a smile and made amazing. I had to wait a little longer, but the food was still good! I only give the atmosphere a 4 because there were rude costumes that did not support their situation and their behavior was rough

This place is amazing. The people who complain about the staff in the lobby do not understand what is understaffed. They're not the flash, so it'll be a WAIT. Shocker. 2-4 people around a hot oven is probably not fun or easy to breathe. They do their best. My food is still good for little Caesars. I'm ready to wait because they're the hand that feeds me. The lady with the colored hair ensures that my pizzas are correct to detail and I saw that the same person treats her scissors well.

The guy behind the counter was great with a great attitude, but he was the only worker there. They are short occupied now, so there was a small wait for the hot n ready, which are usually ready to go. The pizza and cb were good.

Pizza was great, once I finally got it. I ordered online for pickup and the wait was estimated to be around 15-20 minutes. When I got to the location, there were several people waiting both in and out of the store. It took around 45-50 minutes before my order was ready.
