Bidra med feedbackStore was closed and instead of letting people know they just ignored everybody and locked up. Granted it was a holiday, it would've been great to have been told that or update the time so we didn't place a mobile order, wasting our time and money.
I've only ever had one confusing experience here and that was when I used the app. Sometimes there are glitches, but that's not really their fault. The manager or whoever was in charge that day was very quick to resolve the problems. And obviously theyalways have good food ???? they are also always very quick with their service.
No service at the counter; 5 staff all working the drive-up. Had to ask for help and then I was treated very rudely. In spite, I paid a $1.00 tip on a $5.82 bill. The clerk said ?you paid a $1.00 too much.?. I replied that it was a tip. His reply, oh. Heput the $1 in the tip jar with not a word of thanks.
I don't usually order anything. I'll grab o coffee every now and then when I'm dashing. The employees here and the service are fantastic. I'm in here many times a day. They get extremely busy. They all work hard and have a smile on their face.
This place use to be great! But there has been so many issues lately. Only filling up coffee half way. Not adding any flavored syrup. Messing up food orders. You?ve lost me as a customer. I?ll just make it myself.
