Bidra med feedbackVery kind staff, although not very skilled in English. Nice surroundings. Good coffee, very well made homemade lemonades. However not so good cakes, the taste and texture were a little bit off. For the price I would expect a bigger portion and much better taste. Also what is it with the putting the cake slice on the napkin, you ruin the napkin, which becomes nearly unusable and you risk getting the paper on the cake itself. I would really recommend to reconsider your cake styling. Anyway we had a great time and for the castle in the very near proximity I give 4 stars although wasn't it for the castle I would give 3/5.
The waitress was rude and she refused to answer the question we had about the cakes they had. The service was also very slow.
We just ordered a lemonade and a coffee. What I found most amusing was the typical inability to think outside the box, regarding my coffee order. It was a very warm day, so I asked if they had iced coffee. They said no. Then I asked if they had ice: yes! So I ordered a latte and a cup of ice and made my own iced coffee. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and thankfully didn’t charge me extra for the ice.
If you are tired after visiting the castel want to a take break then there is a nice pastry shop with in the castel premisses. the coffee shop it self a kind of museum of wall clockction. they have great variets of pastries coffee, hot soft beverages plus wine. there is a terrace sitting its amazing to have a coffee with panoramic view of castel.
After 15 minutes we stood up and went along. It seems they are not caring about any customers. On the other hand this is a very expensive place.
