Palenque Mexican Grill - Kernersville

I came this evening with my daughter and niece and we were treated like royalty! The service was absolutely wonderful, the wait staff was all welcoming and very attentive. The food quality is outstanding, everything was fresh and flavorful. When it was time to pay, our dinners were covered. Thank you for a one of kind experience that we usually dont recieve, we will return again! Kid-friendliness: The staff welcomed my children as if they were family! They were patient with them and treated them with loving kindness.

Chips and salsa were some of the best I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant!!

I ordered fajitas through door dash and no tortillas were put in the bag. When I called to let them know they said I had to call Doir Dash or come pick them up. When I let the manager know Door Dash didn’t prepare the order and I wasn’t feeling up to driving to pick up what was their mistake—not mine or Door Dash—the manager hung up on me. He did make the comment that ever since they went with door dash they have gotten many of these complaints. Again—Door Dash doesn’t prepare the orders
