I have been eating at McDonald's for 40 years and I found something very disappointing as a multi billion dollar company why would you not invest in people which is who makes you who you are today replaced by a computer ordering device that takes no cash, well I'm old school but I do know retail and observed people, well the 3-5 minutes I spent ordering in there I observed 3 other elderly guests that turned in and walked right back out because people want to feel like they mean something to an establishment where they spend their hard earned money. I'm not a smart man but let's see you have 40k plus restaurants in the world roughly....myself seen 3 walk out in a little small town McDonald's so that's to me alot of business loss where these people have been probably eating there 60 plus years of their lives. It's people on the front lines of your company that make the difference, people want to see a smiling face not a computer device. To be totally honest it's not fair for this rating to effect the location I got my dinner to go because the food was awesome and a very clean establishment. This statement goes to corporate McDonald's as I understand the franchise locations have no say so in this. Invest with people and you will see a bigger return.
I am still trying to figure out how you put napkins in my bag without ketchup every time! Someone answer that unsolved mystery? Regardless if they want it or not, ketchup goes with friends like a straw goes with a drink.
It 's actually a believable 5* all the way around. The restaurant was prestige clean from the entrance to the restrooms. Service and atmosphere was warm and welcoming as well as quick. The manager insisted on serving me a fresh pot of coffee, as I awaited my meal. This was most definitely a 5* experience! Way to go McDonald 's!
Getting really expensive to eat there. 10 to 12 dollars for quarter pounder combo meal is getting to be to much.
