Horrible service and horrible manager! I placed an online order for delivery. Waiting for my sandwich and 35 minutes go by and no knock on the door or anything so and hungry. I call the store and ask about my order and they tell me oh it’s leaving now. I say that nevermind I just want a refund and I’ll go somewhere else. Shirley the manager responds to me and say she won’t give me a refund because the driver is on the road handing out orders. I stay 5 mins down the road and it’s been almost 45 mins at this point and still haven’t received anything. Shirley is adamant about not giving me my money back and tells me to just wait. I say that I’ve never had a problem before requesting a refund especially when I didn’t receive any food. Shirley tells me again she won’t give me my money back and tells me just to wait and condescendingly tells me she’ll just give me a credit instead. I am fuming avoid this place at all costs
Make the best sandwiches and has great customer service! I eat here all the time
I’m not a Karen by any means but the last two times my fiancé and I ate from here we have gotten food poisoning…really bad. And I saw another review saying the employees were sitting on the counter where food is prepared and it makes perfect sense why we would get sick eating here. Definitely recommend the employees learning the basics of personal hygiene and cross contamination. I love jimmy John’s but I will never eat from this specific store again.
Food itself was fine. Only 1 gentleman actually working, the other females were buried in their phones and acted bothered when we walked in. Once order was received both females sat on the countertops where food is prepped until more customers came in.No tables were clean, food and trash all over the floor. All the time they spend on the phones and the place looks like trash. Poor management! This was lunchtime 2/9.
