Flammerie - Kerkrade

Meerdere malen hier gegeten en het was elke keer heerlijk! Eten is goed, smakelijk, heerlijk verzorgd en ruime porties. Er is een salade bar aanwezig en op zondag krijg je een toetje van de zaak. Bediening is aardig en correct. Open keuken aanwezig. Prijs en kwaliteit staan zeker in verhouding! Een echte aanrader!

First impressions when' we walked in the door were very good. Great location out in the country and a wonderful intimate feel in the dining room. A warm, friendly greeting too set the tone. This was going to be greatOur drinks came quickly but unfortunately we had a little miscommunication with our German min stead of a dark beer, out came a bottle of non-alcoholic malt beer. A few sips and our waitress graciously changed it out.The salad bar offered a nice selection of fresh ceggies. All crisp and the local house dressing did a nice job of highlighting the flavoursThe pork medallions were nicely seasoned and tender. The pepper sauce added a beautiful flavour. It was a good size portion, not too large but certainly enough to satisfy the hunger. I thought the frites were perfect. Wonderfully crunchy and full of flavour.The turkey breast Jamaica style was a bit of a miss. It was 'okay' but sounded so much better on the menu. The paste on top was very fragrant but seemed to be added after the turkey was cooked versus during the process. The menu listed honey as an ingredient but we could not taste it though. The meat was a bit dry. Nice taste but the dry-ish Turkey needed a sauce to bring it to life. a nice size portion of Turkey breast for sure.There were many interesting sounding items on the menu. Hopefully next time the description and the taste will align!

Sehr gute Auswahl von frischen Speisen und großzügige Portionen. Trifft meinen Geschmack voll und ganz, dabei auch immer ein paar einfallsreiche Kreationen des Chefkochs. Ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, an das Restaurant grenzt einen kleinen Stall mit Hasen, Ziegen etc. (die sind nicht zum Essen gedacht :-) ), was auch für Kinder ein toller Blickfang ist. Man riecht von dem Stall übrigens nichts, aber kann durch ein kleines Fenster vom Restaurant aus reinschauen. Im Restaurant is die Einrichtung sehr behaglich. Es wirkt so ein bisschen wie im Toscana-Urlaub. Dem Koch kann man bei der Arbeit zuschauen. Draußen der Biergarten ebenfalls sehr gemütlich. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett, man leidet keinen Durst :-). Komme gerne wieder.

Great location, cozy outside space and friendly staff. eating looks better on the menu than on the plate. the prizes are okay. all in all, good when they come by chance, but it is worth going out of that.

Unfortunately we had a small miscommunication with our German min-slot of a dark beer, from a bottle of alcohol-free malt beer. a few sips and our waitress have changed it graciously. the salatbar offered a beautiful selection of fresh zeggies. all crispy and the local house dressing made a beautiful task, highlighting the aromen the pork medallions were beautifully spiced and delicate. the pfeffer sauce has added a beautiful taste. it was a good part, not too big, but safe enough to satisfy the hunger. I thought the fries were perfect. wonderfully crisp and full of taste. the turkey breast jamaika style was a bit a miss. it was okay but so much better on the menu. the paste above was very fragrant but seemed to be added after cooking the truthahns in the run of the process. the menu listed honey as ingredient, but we couldn't taste it. the flesh was a little dry. beautiful taste, but the dry turkey needed a soak to bring them to life. a beautiful part of the turkey breast safe. there were many interesting sounding elements on the menu. hopefully next time will align the description and taste!
