Mcdonald's - Kentwood

We had to wait almost half an hour for our order. as soon as we got it, it was cold, and no cleaner table at the place. I counted 8 people who work so that no personal shortage. will not go back there.

It was terrible. 25 minutes waiting for my food. fries was cold. the whole help that goes around could take us less care of our commands. never eat here again.

Blatantly racist against white customers. If you're the wrong skin color, they make you wait and wait and wait until you finally give up and walk out the door. They don't care about making money here. Only thing they care about is punishing white skin color. Has happened on multiple occasions. Terrible people.

If I could give a zero star I would. Always have issues here. Waited 40+ minutes for my food. Ridiculous.

Ordered 3 burgers from them and all of them were raw i called into the manager and they told me that i was wrong and it wasn't undercooked even tho it was sitting right in front of me. And denied me a refund. Everyone in that building is unprofessional and treats there customers like there worthless. Ive lived in this area for a long time now and not a single Order ive put in has ever been right...Eat elsewhere. Dont chance wasting your money and possibly getting sick
