This place is amazing! We're going downtown Fat Johnny. When they closed, we found Jersey Mikes! Subs are sooooooo good!

First service was great, we are going back now that we wished we had one in Grandville Michigan

I mistakenly ordered online from the wrong store the other day and was waiting at this location for my order. I assumed there was just a delay during the lunch rush but brought it to the attention of the staff. The owner looked at my email receipt and informed me it was a different Jersey Mike’s 10 min away. He owned both locations and explained this happens often and without hesitation offered to make my order without any additional charge. I was very grateful for the excellent customer service and willingness to help on my mistake. Order was ready in less than 10 min after that. Go to this Jersey Mike’s, they care!

This is our first time trying Jersey Mike's, and we are very impressed! We ordered online and picked up our food to take home. Our food was done when we arrived, so it was done quickly. Other than putting onions on a sub we ordered without, our order was perfect. Pricing is fair. The sandwiches were delicious! We bought two cold sandwiches and one hot. The #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and #13 Original Italian. Food was fresh, well prepared, and very tasty. We will be trying them again in the future!
