Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza - Kent

I guess the staff didn't want to work when I went in. Asked if they had pre-made pizza or did I need to start a new order and they respond with no you have to cook it I said I understand that I need to cook the pizza but I'm in a rush and wanted a premade raw pizza if they had any available, they again responded sir you have to cook it One more time I told them I understand that I have to cook the pizza, that I would be getting an uncooked piece of dough with cold veggies and meat on it, but did they have any premade raw dough with cold veggies and meat on it that I could buy really quick because I was in a rush. You guess it sir you have to cook the pizza, we don't have ovens I really think they were just messing with me so they didn't have to work, lost my business.

The staff here are extremely friendly and they were very fast at putting my order together. Even though they were busy, they still made time to be polite and funny. They seem to have a positive work atmosphere.

The last two times we have ordered from them we specifically say no mushrooms because my Husband is allergic to them. The first time we didn't complain. Tonight my hubby called them and all they said was sorry about that and hung up.

They seemed a bit disorganized when we came in and a little put out that we hadn't pre-ordered online. However, they were very nice and trying extra hard, so I think they may have had a few new people, which would explain the 1st comment I made. The pizza was made with great care and there was no crossover from any of the toppings on each side of the pizza it was truly the best pizza I have ever had from any Papa Murphys! So good in fact, that this is now my favorite Papa Murphy's location!

I like their pizzas. Clean store with decent employees.
