Bugars are amazing. Well at least the $9+, the value menu Bugars are awful. French fries are soggy and over powered by salt.Other issue was given the wrong order last time even after waiting for over 20m and the employee seemed to not care. Definitely not customer friendly based.

The food was tasty and they have items that you can't find at just any drive-thru. The owner was super friendly. It's not a chain folks. I didn't give it five stars because the lettuce did have some brown edges. I didn't go inside so I can't say what the atmosphere is like. Since walking is difficult it's nice to have a drive-thru with some different food options.

I went to this restaurant yesterday, and it was my first time. I expected the food to take some time to come out since I knew that they prepare all the food as it's ordered. And it took about 7 to 10 minutes to get our food. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, and it was very filling. The french fries were warm but not hot, and just not very appealing. The onion rings were fantastic. And the bacon cheeseburger was actually really good. The atmosphere is definitely lacking. There are no decorations inside and the floor was definitely in need of a good mopping. There was no music playing or anything. So it kind of felt weird inside, so I understand why so many people choose to go through the drive-thru.

Good quick service and great burgers. I hope they succeed as I think they will do great.
