Jersey Mike's - Kent

Today was my first time going into a Jersey mikes store and I don 't know if I will ever go into another one. I did get greeted promptly but after that it wasn 't a very friendly atmosphere. All the employees were talking amongst themselves and not really acknowledging me. I placed my order and waited while they were made, one employee making one of the sandwiches attempted to get my attention and I quickly apologized and didn 't get any response. They finished making the one sandwich and didn 't ask if I needed anything else on it or if it looked good. After paying for the food i got what was a condescending have a good day . When I got home I quickly realized that one of the subs was drenched in oil and had leaked threw both bags that it was in. The food was good albeit a bit soggy from all the oil. Just wished I could have had a bit of a better experience leaving.

The food was fresh (very soft bread), and the staff was super helpful with us since it was our first time at a Jersey Mike's. Great experience.

Brimfield/Kent location .Thought I would try it for the first time very disappointing . Bread was like a brick. Definitely not worth the money !!! They won’t get anymore of my money!

First time trying a Jersey Mike's. Food was not fresh at all. Way too expensive for sub sandwiches.

The closest to east coast subs I can get out here in Ohio that doesn't require me to drive an hour away. Always really good and made fresh.Vegetarian options: Their portobello mushroom, onion qnd peppers was really good.
