Excessively slow service for food that has been sitting on a warmer for hours

Good food is not really good service. I don't like their multitasking. Halfway through taking our order, he was taking orders in the drive-through. It's not the cleanest, but ok, and I dont like how u have to ask for a key to use the bathroom, it ok but I think people deserve better

Soda machine, which is supposed to have all sorts of combinations, was out of most everything, rendering it mostly useless. The 2 buttery Jacks had no garlic butter sauce and my burger was music the bacon. Fry containers weren't even full. All in all not a great experience. I will give them one more chance in a couple weeks to see if it was just an bad week for them.

Out of all the things you could be cheap about you choose taco sauce? The tacos are dry and disgusting without sause, I’ve repeatedly asked for extra taco sauce in my tacos because this specific location puts almost none on theirs. They then make you pay for the taco sauce packets. I know they come with more in them normally since at every other location I don’t have to ask for more it’s just perfectly fine as it comes. What a strange hill for your business to die on.

Dude used his bare hands that werent clean to get all the fries in the container. Disgusting and unsanitary. Didn’t eat them and wasted money. This is inexcusable for someone with a food permit.
