Westeleven - Kensington and Chelsea

Dined here whilst staying in the hotel, it was like a trip in time back to 1990. They need to make it modern and more appealing if they want to attract more people

Very clean and bright with friendly service and no issues what so ever. Seating was comfy and choice was good.

Very well located Hotel, with underground parking. Will cater for all kinds of needs, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. Rooms very well equipt. Very relaxing bar area when you can have snacks, meals or just drinks. Restaurant on sight. Staff were a credit to the Hotel.

What a first class service he provided! Nothing was too much trouble Saturday 3rd December! Helpful polite!

Food servings were small and quality not up to usual standards for a person who uses Hilton sites for both business and pleasure. Service team was also not up to snuff. Once server actually grabbed my shoulder rather than coming around to my front or gently tapping my shoulder even then no one has really done that in a restaurant) to catch my attention. Their communication skills are not clear.
