Kosmopol - Kensington and Chelsea

I came in with my friends for some drinks as part of a girls night. The women working at the bar are SO rude and aggressive. They were visibly drinking while serving customers and one of them was slurring… she was making a mess of our orders, giving us the wrong drinks and when I asked for a straw she looked me up and down and told me they don’t do straws… yet I could see other people with straws. When we asked for the bill, earlier than we probably had intended to, we noticed there were random charges for drinks we hadn’t ordered. It took about 15 minutes to get the bar to resolve this and when asking for the manager it turned out to be the woman who had drinking and slurring, dropping glasses etc all night… I will never go back to this place and I certainly do not recommend it! DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to get SCAMMED by DRUNK staff!!!!!

Awful service they were drinking on duty and ignoring us when we needed to get a drink. Especially a blonde woman yohanna, she was rude and aggressive and got our order wrong twice. I would not recommend this spot at all

Lovely Swedish Bar with a club downstairs. Fab cocktails, very friendly staff, unpretentious but classy. A really nice gem on the Fulham Road

Bar tender cannot do drinks because she is new, when you order wine, you are told they run out. There are 3 reds and 3 white per glad, how can a cocktail bar RUN OUT!???

My phone was stolen at this place, I asked the staff if they could make an announcement as I could see that the phone was still online at the location. The staff didn’t want to know or willing to help.
