Firezza Willesden Green

Pizza is decent, but rude sevice. Placed my order on the website and went to collect, they claimed website is down, and would be a further 20 mins. No apology, nothing. So I left and won't be back... Also get constant texts which I cannot unsubscribe from!

I went to pick up some food and as i showed the order to the guy behind the counter he was very rude and aggressive, then threatened me and then started crying. I don't know what his problem was but it looks like this company should take better care of their employees

It's my local pizzeria and have been ordering from them for years Always excellent pizza. Flavourful and tasty.

I was delivered the wrong pizza which was a little burnt but it was nice enough. The vegan chicken side was dry and really not nice. Price of the pizza very steep for its size

The chef, a gentile woman, is a master. Always had a great service and a astonishing pizza. Top ingredients and nice combinations. Love it
