Wendy's - Kennewick

I would have given 4 stars, but they were out of Chili, AGAIN. Plus, we received spicy nuggets instead of regular we hate spicy food. The burger was hot fresh.

We order here all the time and they never fail to get something wrong. We likee Wendys, but almost every single time they forget something small, a soda, a small nugget, ect. its annoying but we keep ordering bc theyre the only one near us and we can deal with something small missing. But today we ordered a biggie bag and they forgot the literal sandwich, the main piece of the meal. So my roommate and I had to split a meal instead of us having our own. Just really annoyed and disappointed. if you want Wendys just go in person so you can check theyre work

This is usually my favorite meal but my fries were SO COLD and OLD. It was definitely not worth the cost today.

Dasher did not rvrn bother to ring the door bell to let me knuw shs there. She just left the order on the step in a way that made it difficult for me to go down anf pick up th order. the store was good and the order was co pleted.

Drive through went smoothly! Impressed we bought 3 adult dinners and 2 kids meals a big order ... All orders were in their own bags and then they put those bags in one big bag! No digging through who gets what!! Happy customer right here.
