Mcdonald's - Kennewick

When you order Uber they “forget” ketchup, utensils, napkins and even straws for your drinks. If you call to remind them they become instantly defensive and sound appalled and put out by the call. Moral of the story is don’t order from Uber or even drive thru lol

Ordered a Big Mac, large fry and large chocolate shake at the drive thru. Got home and discovered there was no Big Mac! Things have been going down hill since the remodel! Almost none of the long term help is there anymore! Sad...used to be pretty good!

I thought I'd swing at McDonalds today to 395 and Kennewick Ave in Kennewick into the Drive-Thru and treat myself to a breakfast buffet just to find that I was the fourth of five recipients behind a wonderful soul that paid it forward. Thank you very much, and you have a wonderful day! And to the workers there, great smile to greet you in the morning.

I ordered a door lock and there was no way to put Mayo on my burger, so I called her. I was impressed by Kiara's fast and efficient customer service and she left Mayo on my burger. 10/10 would recommend
