Domino's Pizza - Kennett

I ordered the 19.99 special, when I got there he charged me $33. I said I ordered the 19.99 deal, he said I had ordered an extra pizza and extra cinnamon twist. Who’s I had not!! Anyway, he was very rude and acted like I had ticked him off, he said to do my Parmesan bread would take another 8 minutes. I had 3 kids and company coming. So to took what he had there and left. I will never order from them again and will not give them a recommendation.

Needs better lighting in drive thru, never disappointed by the food.

Order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I order. Worst dominos that I know of. Every single time they have to remake it and usually the remake is wrong as well. Train your people better and hold them accountable!! UPDATE!!! Was contacted my general manager and offered $45 IN store credit. Wont fix every mistake made by this store but its a start. Then today, after awhile, order my first pizza in awhile and go to the store to use my in store credit to purchase it TO NO AVAIL. Woman behind the counter has zero knowledge of anything owed to me by anyone and wouldn't give any food owed. I guess they can throw it in the trash along with their customer base.

Y'all must have all half-witts running your operation, every time i order from here it of course is never on point....

Pretty sad, order said complete OVER AN HOUR before it was delivered, called up there and they said they only had one driver, okay cool don’t say order is complete when it isn’t, I have had nothing but issues with this dominos since being here, I’ve been to MANY different dominos across many of states and this one has been the worst, I’ve had other dominos places offer free food for delays or poor service, but with this one it is nothing but excuses, if you can’t get it to me then call and say something and I’ll come get it myself, instead I received my food not even luke warm!
